Iran launched a major military attack on Israel

Amid escalating tensions between Israel, the United States, and Iran, Iranian military forces launched a major attack on Tel Aviv. Zamin.uz reported this news.
This event was carried out within the framework of the first wave of Operation "True Promise-4". According to information provided by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, over 100 military and strategic targets in Israeli territory were neutralized during the attack.
Currently, Israeli officials have not provided a specific explanation regarding this incident. This military strike was carried out as a response to the death of Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council.
On March 17, the Israeli Ministry of Defense announced that Larijani had died as a result of a nighttime air raid. Subsequently, Tehran also confirmed this news.
According to additional information, Larijani's son, deputy, and personal bodyguards also perished alongside him. At the same time, Major General Gholamreza Soleimani, Commander of the "Basij" People's Militia, also lost his life as a result of this strike.
The repeated deaths of high-ranking officials in the Iranian leadership are further complicating the situation in the region. It is reported that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei also passed away during military operations initiated by the US and Israel.
It was announced that his son, Mostafa Khamenei, has been appointed to succeed him. Although he has officially been recognized as the new Supreme Leader, he has not yet appeared before the public.
Officials confirmed that he suffered serious injuries. We need to be aware of Ali Larijani's rich life path.
He was born in Iraq into a family distinguished in religious studies and earned a PhD in Western Philosophy from the University of Tehran. Larijani began his political career in the 1990s and held several important positions.
In 1992, he headed the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, subsequently managing the Iranian Broadcasting Organization for ten years. In 2005, he was appointed Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council and served as the chief negotiator on the country's nuclear program.
In 2025, he returned to this responsible position. Additionally, he served as the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament from 2008 to 2020 and was put forward as a presidential candidate several times.
