The press service of the Fergana region police department revealed new details of the "Vallomov case".
“Otabek Vallomov, born in 1998, son of Bahtiyorjon, along with his acquaintances Muhammadaziz G‘ulomjonov, Qodirov Muhammadali, Mahmudjonov Nazirjon, Omonullayev Muhammadali, and Mamajonov Hojiakbarxon, formed a group on February 21 of this year and deliberately disregarded the rules of conduct in society, causing a commotion in a public place, disturbing public order and the peace of customers at the 'Verona' club. When the club manager Khudoynazarov called them to order, they created a disturbance, hitting him in various parts of his body and causing bodily harm.
Furthermore, Otabek Vallomov continued his criminal actions, resisting Musayev and Suyarqulov, who tried to prevent the conflict, and also hitting them, causing bodily harm,” the police statement said.
It has been reported that criminal proceedings have been initiated against Otabek Vallomov and his five accomplices under part two of Article 104 of the Criminal Code, clauses “b” and “k” – intentionally causing serious bodily harm by a group of individuals in connection with the performance of their official or civic duties towards a person or their close relatives, as well as under part three of Article 277, clause “g” – committing hooligan actions while resisting other citizens who took measures to prevent hooliganism.
Currently, Otabek Vallomov has been detained, and a preventive measure in the form of detention has been applied to him. Investigative actions are underway. Earlier, it was reported that Otabek Vallomov and his accomplices had beaten the employees of a computer club. The young man, who started the commotion in the club and began beating citizens, claimed to be “Otabek Vallomov” and stated that he would buy the club if necessary. He shouted, “Bring whoever you want.”
