CSKA team's head coach Fabio Chelestini responded to a question about the players' fatigue in the match against Orenburg in the first round of the Russian championship. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The Swiss specialist disagreed with the opinion that his team was tired at the end of the game. According to him, three to four players from Orenburg showed signs of muscle contractions in their legs, meaning they were suffering from cramps.
However, despite the fatigue of CSKA players, there were no muscle spasms or cramps. The club's press service quotes the coach's words exactly like this.
It is worth noting that the match between Orenburg and CSKA ended in a 0:0 draw. In the second round, CSKA will host Akhmat from Grozny at home.
Orenburg, led by Vladimir Slishkovich, will face Dynamo from Makhachkala at home. These matches will be the teams' next contests of the season.
