The Moscow "Spartak" team is negotiating the transfer of defender Carlos Cuesta with Turkey's "Galatasaray" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Sport-Express reported on this matter. The 26-year-old Colombian player joined "Galatasaray" in February of this year, but he could not secure his place in the starting lineup and only played in five matches without any significant results.
The Transfermarkt website values his market price at 7 million euros. Meanwhile, in the first round of the new season of the Russian Premier League, "Spartak" defeated "Dinamo" from Makhachkala with a score of 1:0.
In the second round, the Moscow club will host the "Baltika" team on July 26. This match will test "Spartak's" chances in the new season.
