Khomuha: Akhmetov's style does not fit 'Krylya'

Russian coach Dmitriy Khomuha criticized Ilzat Akhmetov's transfer to the "Krylya Sovetov" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In his opinion, Akhmetov's style does not suit the "Krylya Sovetov" team. The Samara team plays a style based on quick attacks, which is not one of Akhmetov's strengths.

Dmitriy Khomuha spoke about this to the publication "Sovetskiy sport." It should be noted that previously the "Zenit" club confirmed Ilzat Akhmetov's loan to "Krylya Sovetov."

In the last season, Akhmetov played in only 15 matches for the St. Petersburg club. He moved from "Krasnodar" to "Zenit" in the winter of 2024 and won the Russian championship and Cup.
