Manchester City is ready to pay a substantial amount of 170 million euros for the player. At the same time, Chelsea sees 23-year-old Cole Palmer as a team leader and does not want to let him go.

Palmer's current contract is set to last until mid-2033, which complicates the transfer. Thus, this operation could pose significant financial and strategic challenges for Manchester City.
