CSKA has signed a young Argentine midfielder on loan

CSKA team is strengthening its midfield with a young Argentine footballer. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The Moscow club is close to an agreement to loan 20-year-old midfielder Lionel Verde. He currently plays for the Union club in Santa Fe, Argentina.

According to journalist Julian Bukkolini, the player is preparing to fly to Russia after saying goodbye to his teammates in the morning. Lionel Verde has been a regular starter for the Union team since the beginning of 2024.

During this time, he has participated in a total of 34 matches across all competitions, scoring four goals against opponents. The player's contract with the Argentine club is valid until the end of 2027.

The Transfermarkt portal estimates his market value at 600 thousand euros. This transfer will serve to strengthen CSKA's central line.
