Inter is extending the contract with Davide Frattesi

Inter Milan's midfielder Davide Frattesi is expected to sign a new contract. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to an internal source, Nikolo Skira, the parties have nearly agreed on the terms of the deal, which is planned to last until the middle of 2030. The 25-year-old player's annual salary will be 3.4 million euros.

The current contract expires in 2028. During the last season, there were reports in the press about Frattesi potentially leaving the team, as coach Simone Inzaghi did not include him in the starting lineup.

However, after Kristian Kivu was appointed as the head coach in June, he expressed confidence in the Italian player, and Frattesi reconsidered his decision to leave. The new coach's trust has been a motivating factor for Davide Frattesi to stay at Inter.
