The famous Russian coach Sergey Balaxnin expressed his opinion about the results of the second round of the Russian championship in an interview with the publication "Evro-Futbol.Ru". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In his opinion, he evaluated the current tournament and analyzed the current state of the teams. According to Balaxnin, the tournament table does not fully reflect the reality at this time.
He noted that he would not say that the "Lokomotiv" team is superior to others. He also acknowledged that the "Baltika" and "Akron" teams are considered the strongest.
In the coach's opinion, "Baltika" has started the season well, even though it does not have star players, it is showing good performance. The situation of other leading teams, including "Krasnodar" and "Zenit", is not so good.
"Lokomotiv" is the only team after two rounds that has won both matches. In the first round, they defeated "Sochi" 3:0, and in the second round, they won against "Krasnodar" 2:1.
