Famous Russian agent Aleksey Safonov shared his thoughts about his namesake and PSG goalkeeper Matvey Safonov. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to the agent, if Matvey feels that he is not being used as the second-choice goalkeeper, then he needs to think about his future. He mentioned this in an interview with Match TV.

It was previously reported that PSG and Lille have reached an agreement regarding the transfer of 23-year-old Luc Chevalier. This goalkeeper is expected to join the Paris club as the first-choice goalkeeper, taking the place of Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Safonov moved to PSG a year ago and has been active as the second goalkeeper throughout the season. He has played a total of 17 matches, including appearances in the Champions League.

Thus, important decisions are currently being made regarding his position and future in the team.
