Kristian Konstantin, the president of the "Sion" football club, shared his thoughts on the future activities of the team's midfielder Anton Miranchuk. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Previously, there were reports that Anton Miranchuk's services had been offered to several clubs in the Russian Premier League. Currently, negotiations are underway with clubs from Russia and Turkey regarding Miranchuk.

There is a specified release clause amount in Anton's contract. I would like Anton to stay at the club, but I will not make the final decision regarding his future.

Everything depends on the release clause in the contract. If this clause comes into effect, we will not be able to keep the player in the team, – Kristian Konstantin said in an interview with Sport24.

Anton Miranchuk became a player of "Sion" in September 2024. Prior to that, he played for Moscow's "Lokomotiv" in the Russian Premier League.

In the last season of the Swiss championship, Miranchuk participated in 24 matches, scoring two goals and providing three assists. The 29-year-old player contributed to "Sion" and had a positive impact on the team's results.
