Sergeev talked about his weight and physical condition

The forward of the Dinamo football club in the capital, Ivan Sergeev, shared his thoughts on his physical condition at the beginning of the new season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Sergeev, he currently feels physically good. However, he emphasized that he still needs to prepare more for the game.

He stated that it is very important for a football player to keep track of their body weight. He mentioned that he has always maintained his weight around 78-79 kilograms and is currently staying at that weight.

Sergeev noted that excess weight can seriously affect performance on the field, and sometimes even a few centimeters can be of great importance. The football player also revealed that he has completely eliminated sugar from his diet to maintain his optimal weight, replacing it with fruits.

Sergeev has already managed to score three goals in the first three matches of the new season with Dinamo. He scored twice against the Sochi team in the cup match and also netted a goal against the Rostov team in the second round of the Russian championship.
