Reports have emerged in the media that Moscow's Spartak football club is interested in purchasing midfielder Rodrigo Salasar from the Braga team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The press service of Portugal's Braga club responded to this information. According to club representatives, no official offer has been received from Spartak regarding Salasar.
The press service emphasized that there is a specific buyout clause in Rodrigo Salasar's contract, and he can only move to another club for 50 million euros. No other price has been set.
Previously, some sources reported that Braga was ready to sell Salasar for 15 million euros. For reference, Rodrigo Salasar had also visited St. Petersburg's Zenit team during the winter season to negotiate transfer matters, but an agreement was not reached at that time.
For now, Salasar continues to play for Braga, and there is no clear information about his future. Club representatives have once again confirmed that the player's transfer will only be carried out based on the buyout clause in the contract.
