
Patrik Shik has extended his contract with the Leverkusen club "Bayer". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the information published on the club's official website, the 29-year-old Czech striker has signed a new labor contract with the "Bayer" team for five years. The new agreement will be valid until the middle of 2030.
Previously, the player's contract was set until the middle of 2027. Patrik Shik has been playing for this team since moving from "Roma" to "Bayer" in the fall of 2020.
During this time, he has participated in 168 official matches for "Bayer", scoring 81 goals and providing 12 assists. Last season, "Bayer" finished second in the German Bundesliga.
