The player of the capital's Dinamo football club, Rubens, recently transferred from the Atletico Mineiro team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He shared his thoughts comparing Russian football and Brazilian football. According to Rubens, he has only played one game so far, but he has already felt a significant difference between the Russian championship and the Brazilian championship.
He emphasized that there is a lot of running, fighting, and clashes in the Russian Premier League. Many fouls are observed on the field, and the championship mainly focuses on physical preparation.
In Brazil, however, the situation is different. There are fewer clashes, and players do not move as much in both areas.
According to Rubens, he was tired in the game against the Krasnodar team, but he expects to adapt to the Premier League's pace soon and improve his endurance. For reference, the Brazilian player was purchased from Atletico Mineiro for 9 million euros, taking bonuses into account.
Rubens will play for Dinamo until the summer of 2030.
