According to journalist Sebastian Vidal, representatives of the Liverpool club were informed that if Newcastle can soon add striker Benjamin Sheshko to their squad, then they will agree to part ways with Alexander Isak. The club is not against selling Isak, but first wants to find a suitable replacement for him.
According to sources, the Newcastle management may transfer the Swedish striker to another team after signing a contract with a new player to replace Isak. Last season, 25-year-old Alexander Isak participated in 42 matches and scored 27 goals against rival teams.
At the same time, he also provided six assists. According to the Transfermarkt portal, Alexander Isak's market value is currently 120 million euros.
The club management is only ready to sell the player after the above conditions are met. Thus, Isak's future depends on the transfer of a new striker.
