Nikolay Naumov, the former president of the Moscow "Lokomotiv" club, expressed his thoughts on the return of Stanislav Cherchesov as the head coach of the Grozny "Ahmat" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to Naumov, Cherchesov can achieve good results with the team. He emphasized that the "Ahmat" squad is not bad and the team is well-formed.
In Naumov's opinion, "Ahmat" is only lacking a determined coach, and Cherchesov is capable of fulfilling this role. He stated that a strong coach is needed to organize the team's play.
It is worth noting that Stanislav Cherchesov also served as the head coach of the "Ahmat" team from 2011 to 2013. His last job was with the Kazakhstan national team.
According to reports, "Ahmat" has suffered four defeats in the first four games of the current season. These results have prompted the management to search for a new coach.
Naumov expressed confidence that Cherchesov's experience and leadership skills would be beneficial for "Ahmat".
