Former Soviet Union and Moscow's "Torpedo" football club goalkeeper Anzor Kavazashvili assessed the likelihood of Ukraine national team defender Ilya Zabarnyi moving to the "PSG" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
It was previously reported that Zabarnyi is ready to move to the Paris club. However, he stated that this decision would only be made if the Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov leaves the club.
According to Anzor Kavazashvili, it is not right for Zabarnyi to demand that the PSG management sell Safonov. He emphasized that it would be difficult for Ilya and Matvey to play together in the same team.
Kavazashvili also mentioned that since Safonov's move to France, he has not been able to view this decision positively and advised him to find a new club. Last season, Safonov won four trophies with his team.
He participated in 17 matches on the field and conceded 13 goals.
