According to him, Reynders performed well in the last friendly match. The Dutch player managed to score twice in the match against the Italian team Palermo, which ended with a score of 3:0.
Guardiola highly praised Reynders' ability to actively enter the penalty area. He emphasized that they know Reynders well in Italy as well.
The coach noted that the player scored two goals and showed an excellent performance. According to him, Tidjani Reynders can be effective both as a defender and in supporting the attack.
He especially tries to assist the team's forwards Haaland and Marmush. Guardiola expressed that he is very pleased with Reynders.
It is worth noting that Tidjani Reynders transferred from AC Milan to Manchester City in June. Thus, he was able to showcase himself for the first time in his new team and justified the trust of the coaching staff.
