Cristal Palace fans raised a protest banner against UEFA

Fans of the London club organized another protest against UEFA at Wembley Stadium. They raised a banner that read "UEFA is a mafia."

For your information, UEFA had previously excluded Crystal Palace from the Europa League competition. The reason was that the London club failed to resolve the ownership issues by March 1.

Since Crystal Palace and Lyon have the same owner, UEFA did not allow both clubs to participate in the same competition. Recently, although Jon Textor sold his stake in Crystal Palace, UEFA considered this change too late and sent the club to the Conference League instead of the Europa League.

This was because Lyon had a higher position in their championship. Currently, Crystal Palace has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and is expecting a positive outcome.
