«Pari NN» player Mamadou May may face a suspension of not one, but three matches. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to Artur Grigoryants, the chairman of the disciplinary committee of the Russian Football Union, the reason for the player's expulsion from the field was cited as a "serious violation of the game rules" in the match report.
Currently, Mamadou May's case is under review, and he has been invited to the disciplinary committee meeting. If the player is found to have seriously violated the game rules, he may be unable to participate in three matches.
It is worth noting that during the match held last Sunday, May committed a serious foul against Konstantin Kuchaev, a member of the «Rostov» team. This incident occurred in the first half, resulting in May's expulsion from the field.
The «Rostov» team won with a minimal score thanks to Timur Suleymanov's goal while being outnumbered. Konstantin Kuchaev also mentioned in his statement that he was fortunate not to have been injured.
The disciplinary committee is currently thoroughly investigating this incident, and a final decision will be announced soon.
