Akron won against CSKA in the penalty shootout

However, in the 70th minute, Musaev Tamerlan from Akron equalized the score. After that, both teams launched several dangerous attacks during the game, but the score did not change.

As no winner was determined in regulation time, a penalty shootout was called. In the penalty shootout, the players made effective use of their opportunities.

The Akron team prevailed with a score of 5:4 and advanced to the next stage. In the match, both teams' coaches made several changes to the starting lineup.
