Shpilevskiy: Victory will boost the team's confidence
Aleksey Shpilevskiy, head coach of the "Pari NN" team, shared his thoughts about the situation ahead of the match against "Rostov" in an interview with "Match TV". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He emphasized that only four days have passed since the last game, during which the team has recovered and analyzed the match. Shpilevskiy wants to see a strong and prepared team on the field in today's game and hopes for a match without penalties.
The coach said that the idea to participate in the "Fort Boyard" quest was partly his initiative. He noted that this event helped improve the team's mental state before the game and was more beneficial than regular training sessions.
Shpilevskiy mentioned that he told the players that this game is just a game, and they should not be afraid of it but play it with love. He explained the reason why Mamadou Maiga is not in the starting lineup today by the good recent performances of Andrey Ivlyov and Tichich.
Shpilevskiy emphasized that substituting five players will bring new energy and renewal to the team, which in turn will improve the team's performance. He said that much can be said before the game, but the result must be seen on the field.
Shpilevskiy stressed that the matches against "Rostov" are equally important as the championship and cup games. Since every game affects the team's mental state, winning is crucial.
