“Do these critics really know who Ancelotti is? Do they understand what trophies he has achieved? I consider him a true maestro not only for the trophies he has won but also for his wonderful qualities as a person. The Real Madrid club should think carefully before parting ways with such a great figure like Carletto,” Sacchi said in an interview with the famous newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport".
According to Sacchi, this season has been very difficult for Ancelotti and Real. Carlo has been forced to reshape his lineup in almost every match due to injuries to many key players.
“Such situations occur in football, but it deeply hurts me to see a great specialist like Carlo being criticized. Look at his lineup this season – in most matches, you will see that he has been operating without his main defenders in his position. This is not an easy task and is a heavy test for any coach,” added the famous coach.
