A contract has been signed with him for one year. If the team returns to Serie A, the contract will be automatically extended. Giovanni Stroppa began his coaching career in 2012 with the "Pescara" club.
It is worth noting that "Venezia" finished in 19th place in the Serie A standings this season and was relegated from the top league. Now they aim to rise to higher levels under Stroppa's leadership.
