Morozov: Zinkovskiy could not prove himself at "Spartak"

Former head coach of “Spartak” Gennady Morozov expressed his thoughts on the possibility of the “red and white” team's forward Anton Zinkovskiy moving to the “Sochi” club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Morozov, a player who cannot find his place in the team has the right to leave. He stated that Zinkovskiy could not fully demonstrate himself at “Spartak,” although there was actually such an opportunity.

If a player does not believe he will get on the field, then he should consider leaving, said the specialist. In the second half of last season, 29-year-old Zinkovskiy played on loan for the “Krylya Sovetov” team.

There, he appeared in 11 matches and provided one assist. His current contract with “Spartak” is valid until 2027.

In Morozov's opinion, new opportunities always arise in the team, and no one can hold their place forever. Therefore, the player needs to make the best decision to continue his career.
