Natxo: CSKA can become champions next season

Former midfielder Bibras Natxo expressed his thoughts on CSKA's chances in the championship race for the next season of the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The 37-year-old player recommended patiently waiting to see how the team's performance changes after the change of head coach. He always spoke about a major club that fights for the championship and emphasized that the "red-blues" could become champions of Russia in 2026.

For reference, last season CSKA finished in third place in the Russian Premier League. However, during the off-season, the team's head coach Marko Nikolić decided to leave his position to work in Greece.

In his place, Swiss specialist Fabio Chelestini was appointed as head coach. Therefore, Natxo suggests closely monitoring CSKA's performance under the new coach and refraining from making quick judgments.

Overall, CSKA is traditionally considered a strong team and is expected to show even better results in the future.
