The Italian club "Roma" has started negotiations with the Brazilian defender Wesley Franca regarding his transfer from the "Flamengo" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Previously, the player had rejected a move to St. Petersburg's "Zenit," even though they had offered 25 million euros for him.
