Meleshin assessed the capabilities of the Sochi team

Pavel Meleshin, the forward of the "Sochi" team, shared his thoughts on the team's prospects in the new season of the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He noted that it is currently difficult to talk about the top positions, but they will try to exert all their efforts to avoid a quick decline after returning to the Premier League. Meleshin said this in an interview with the "Match TV" channel.

It is worth mentioning that the "Sochi" team secured victory against the "Pari NN" team in the promotion playoffs to the Russian Premier League. Last season, they finished fifth in the second-tier league of Russia.

Additionally, due to the lack of a license for the "Chernomorets" team, "Sochi" had the opportunity to participate in the playoffs. Thus, the southern team did not participate in the Premier League for one season.

Now they are striving to strengthen their position in the new season.
