Apple will demonstrate the updated Siri voice assistant this June

According to information provided by Mark Gurman, a well-known journalist at Bloomberg, Apple plans to unveil a significantly updated version of its Siri voice assistant at the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference in June. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The anticipated update is being viewed as a key strategic move to strengthen the tech giant's position in the field of artificial intelligence and to secure leading roles in the industry, as reported by influential technology publications.
According to expectations, the new generation of the Siri assistant may be introduced as a standalone application based on Google Gemini technology. This would allow users to engage in free-flowing conversations, similar to modern text-based dialogue systems.
However, unlike its competitors, Apple aims to prioritize the privacy of users' personal data. According to the company's policy, privacy considerations take precedence over any technological superiority.
In this regard, the company plans to strictly limit the duration for which user data is stored in the system. Specifically, it is expected that the updated voice assistant will include a special feature similar to messaging apps, allowing automatic deletion of conversation history with artificial intelligence after a certain period—for example, thirty days or one year.
Experts suggest that by placing privacy at the forefront, Apple may be attempting to compensate for certain technical shortcomings of the Siri system compared to other AI implementations.
Additionally, the use of Google technologies in its own product raises various questions among users and experts regarding security and data protection. Nevertheless, this update is undoubtedly set to offer Apple device users a completely new and convenient experience.
