
72 hours of fasting can save your life: fasting "consumes" tumors, inflammations, and toxins.

How to prepare for a 72-hour fast:
1. 3-4 days before transitioning to fasting mode, you should gradually acclimatize your body using the 16:8 method (16 hours of fasting, 8 hours of eating). This will slowly bring the body into a "fat-burning" state.
2. Reduce carbohydrates and increase healthy fats. This helps the body to enter ketosis (the process of breaking down fats for energy due to carbohydrate deprivation) more quickly before the main fast.
3. During the 72-hour fasting period, you can only drink water, black coffee (without sugar and other additives), tea, and electrolytes.
It is also very important to exit fasting correctly:
- Start with bone broth.
- After one hour, consume 1-2 egg whites or avocado.
- After another hour, have a lighter snack with protein and fats.
