A new model regulation has been approved to improve labor relations in our country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, this document establishes new approaches and clear procedures for employers, especially for business entities, in organizing labor. The main goal of the regulation is to increase labor efficiency, create comfortable and fair conditions for employees in the workplace, and determine the optimal amount of labor force.
This document is considered an important step in developing labor norms and standards and implementing them in practice. According to the regulation, a maximum time limit will be set for performing a specific task under clear production conditions during the labor standardization process.
Additionally, a balanced ratio between work results and wages will be ensured. This is of great importance in determining the optimal correspondence between the number of employees of different categories and equipment.
The classification of employees' main positions and professions helps identify management, production, and auxiliary staff. For the number of auxiliary staff, model standards will be taken as a basis, and their ratio to administrative staff will be calculated.
The implementation of this procedure aims to optimize labor force in organizations, reduce costs, and increase employee motivation. Employers will have the opportunity to improve labor efficiency, create a healthy internal environment in the organization, and protect the health and interests of employees.
The new model regulation ensures clarity and transparency in labor relations, bringing new dynamics to the sector. In the future, this procedure will play an important role in addressing production issues and motivating workers (source: norma.uz)
