Salaries of medical workers will be increased from 2026
From January 1, 2026, the salaries of employees in the medical sector have been increased. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

These changes are being implemented to improve the financial situation of employees working in the medical field and to appropriately encourage their labor. In particular, it is planned to increase doctors' monthly salaries by an average of 15 to 30 percent.

In addition, based on the KPI system, additional incentive payments will be introduced, taking into account work efficiency and treatment outcomes. These payments may amount to up to 50 percent of the employee's salary.

This will serve to enhance the performance efficiency of medical workers. Also, the salaries of nurses and junior medical staff are set to increase by an average of 20 percent.

These changes aim to cover all employees in the medical sector. This update is being implemented based on the president's decree dated November 9, 2025, "On measures to support medical and pharmaceutical workers."

This decree is an important step aimed at valuing the labor of medical workers and creating favorable conditions for them.
