Among consumers abroad, the value of American brands is declining

It has been found that foreign consumers' interest in American brands has significantly decreased. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempczinski explained the reasons for this situation in an interview with CNBC. According to him, the main factor is the decline in the reputation of the United States worldwide.

This situation is leading consumers to reconsider their attitudes towards America and its brands. According to Kempczinski, the company conducted four global consumer surveys.

The survey examined feelings about the United States, attitudes towards American brands, and especially towards McDonald’s. The results showed that positive perceptions of America and its surroundings have somewhat weakened.

Nevertheless, Kempczinski emphasized that this change in consumer perception has not negatively affected McDonald’s operations or the quality of customer service. The company maintains its attention and popularity internationally.
