
In a garden located in Almere, Netherlands, unknown individuals set fire to ten beehives belonging to beekeeper Garold Stringer. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
As a result of the fire, approximately half a million bees perished. According to Stringer, each hive housed on average between 40,000 and 60,000 bees.
He described the incident as terrible and heartbreaking. The police reported that the fire was deliberately set and that an accelerant had been applied to the hives.
