This piece of jewelry was found in a carriage containing Napoleon’s personal belongings. It was later kept in the collection of the Hohenzollern royal family for over 200 years.
The brooch features a central diamond weighing over 13 carats, surrounded by smaller stones. During the auction, a large green beryl stone, rumored to have been worn by Napoleon at his coronation ceremony, was also sold.
These items attracted great interest due to their historical significance and uniqueness.
