A trial is underway in the US over the death of a toddler left in a hot car.

In the United States, an astonishing incident occurred involving an eighteen-month-old child, as reported by Zamin.uz.
Initially declared dead by doctors, the infant was later found to be alive in the hospital morgue. This unusual situation prompted law enforcement agencies to release information that sparked widespread public debate.
According to details of the incident, a family in Gilbert, Arizona, was relaxing at home when they discovered their child face-down in the backyard pool. They immediately pulled the child out and called emergency services.
Upon arrival, medical personnel provided first aid and transported the child to the hospital. However, after approximately an hour of resuscitation efforts, Dr. Aryan Tusi officially declared the infant deceased.
Interestingly, police officers present at the scene disputed the doctor’s assessment, claiming they observed signs of life in the child. Despite their objections, the doctor stood by his medical judgment.
About five hours later, a forensic medical expert arrived at the morgue and noticed that the infant was still breathing. The child was urgently transferred to another hospital, where, after prolonged treatment, he recovered and was discharged to return home.
Currently, investigative actions are underway regarding this incident. Police officials are considering filing criminal charges against the parents for negligence.
During the investigation, it was determined that on that day, adult supervision in the home had lapsed, allowing the child unsupervised access to the pool area. The prosecutor’s office is preparing a final conclusion regarding the parents’ liability.
This incident serves as a powerful reminder to parents about the heightened responsibility they bear for their children’s safety.
