“Animals City 2” set a record in animation history

The animated film “Zootopia 2” has set a new record worldwide. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
While the Oscar nominees were being announced in Hollywood, a significant result was also recorded in box office earnings. The animated film “Zootopia 2” has grossed a total of 1.711 billion dollars, becoming the highest-grossing film in animation history.
Before this record was achieved, the lead was held by the animated film “Puzzle 2.” Its total revenue amounted to 1.698 billion dollars.
However, “Zootopia 2” surpassed this figure and set a new milestone. Nevertheless, the absolute leader across all genres remains the film “Nechja 2.”
According to Box Office Mojo, its total revenue amounts to 2.259 billion dollars. Thus, although “Zootopia 2” ranks first in the animation genre, it has not secured the top position in the overall ranking.
Horror films, on the other hand, are recording relatively low results. For example, “28 Years Later Part II: The Bone Chapel” earned 12.5 million dollars in its opening week in the USA.
Its total worldwide revenue has reached 30.3 million dollars. For comparison, the first part started with an opening week revenue of 30 million dollars.
At the same time, “Avatar: Flame and Ash” is also showing noteworthy results. Its total gross has reached 1.329 billion dollars.
Currently, the animation market is developing rapidly. Records are being broken one after another.
Now the question arises: who will raise this bar again in the upcoming season?
