According to the information, only the pound, ruble, and yen have increased, while the other major currencies have decreased:

Euro: 14,710.73 soum (−33.72 soum)
Ruble: 159.51 soum (+1.23 soum)

As of April 18, the dollar exchange rate in some commercial banks was as follows:
