During the investigation, 106 million soums of alimony were fully collected
The Department of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau of the Namangan region is taking appropriate measures within the framework of ensuring the rights and interests of minors and the execution of documents related to alimony. In particular, yesterday, based on a court decision, the full amount of damages calculated for the maintenance of one child until adulthood was collected.
According to the decision of the Namangan inter-district civil court, alimony was established to be collected from the debtor X.T in favor of the creditor V.X for one child. This document was received by the Bureau's New Namangan district department and enforcement actions were carried out.
However, despite several warnings, the debtor father has evaded his child support obligations. He was previously subjected to 15 days of administrative detention. After that, he still did not comply and continued to avoid paying alimony.
Now, a case has been initiated to consider the issue of criminal liability for the debtor father, and investigative actions have been carried out. During this investigation, the father realized his mistake and stated that he would pay the alimony until the child reaches adulthood.
The conducted advocacy has yielded results, and the full collection of the 106 million soums of debt calculated until the age of 18 has been ensured.
