Storojuk: Ahmat is not making effective use of the opportunities

The head coach of the "Ahmat" team, Aleksandr Storojuk, commented to the "Match TV" channel after the match against the "Rubin" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the main thing lacking in the team is the effective use of opportunities. At the beginning of the game, the team played well and aggressively, creating several chances that needed to be converted into goals.

However, due to illogical mistakes, two goals were conceded. Despite having more control over the field, the team could not fully showcase their game due to some errors.

The coach believes that there was an opportunity to score at least two or more goals in the attack, but it became clear that the team's preparation was insufficient. The imbalance in the team was caused by not fully adhering to the training plan and some players joining the team later.

For this reason, the intensity of the game decreased in both halves. In the second half, "Rubin" tried to maintain the score, and the team could not find time to recover.

The coach emphasized that the team still needs to improve their preparation and stated that they will work on this throughout the championship. Overall, although the "Ahmat" team showed a good performance in the first half, the final result was not as expected.
