The goalkeeper of the "Dinamo" team in Makhachkala, Timur Magomedov, shared his thoughts on the match against the "Spartak" team and the strengthening of the team in an exclusive interview with the website "Evro-Futbol.Ru". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He mentioned that there were many discussions regarding the four disallowed goals and unawarded penalties. According to Magomedov, the referees' decisions were correct, and the VAR officials reviewed all situations carefully.
In the first episode where a penalty was not awarded to "Spartak," there was a clear foul on Azzi, but he cannot recall the second situation. Overall, there were no referee errors.
Magomedov also spoke about the opponent. He emphasized that the arrival of Zablotniy was beneficial for "Spartak."
The new forward has added new attacking methods to the team, for example, it is now possible to pass the ball to Anton Zablotniy from a distance. In this game, he caused difficulties for the team and played well.
When asked about the team's readiness for the season, Magomedov stated that the team improves with each game. He emphasized that every team in the RPL is strong, there are no weak opponents, and it is necessary to give maximum effort in every game.
Despite the fact that no new strength has been added to the team so far, the main lineup has been preserved. The coaching staff is engaged in selecting new players.
The team's goal is to improve on last year's results. For this purpose, all players need to work even harder.
Magomedov expressed that he does not want to settle for being in the top ten, ideally wishing to enter the top eight. Regarding the exit of two teams from the RPL from the Moscow region, he mentioned that "Torpedo" is playing in the FNL and has not ceased its activities.
The closure of the "Khimki" team is a regrettable event, but he hopes for their return. Regarding the result of the "Baltika" team, which took points from "Dinamo" in the first round, Magomedov does not consider this result sensational, emphasizing that "Baltika" is a good team with collective strength.
Many of their players have played in the RPL. Regarding the "Orenburg" team, which they will face in the next game, he mentioned that their season might be difficult, as they have several new players, but they will quickly adapt to the team.
There is time for the team, and this will help. The author of the interview is Elena Grigorievskaya.
