
Manchester United officially presented their new player – Cameroonian winger Bryan Mbeumo on social media. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This transfer is valued at 75 million euros. The player comes from Brentford and has signed a five-year contract.
Mbeumo agreed to join Manchester United in June. The 25-year-old forward played 38 matches for Brentford in the English Premier League last season, scoring 20 goals and providing 8 assists.
He has been playing for Brentford since 2019, having previously come from his hometown club, Trua. At the end of last season, Manchester United finished 15th in the Premier League, accumulating 42 points.
The team reached the final of the UEFA Europa League. In the new season, Manchester United will not participate in European competitions.
The team's head coach is Portuguese Ruben Amorim, who has been in charge since the winter of 2023.
