The Madrid "Real" team is planning to sign a new player to strengthen the central midfield position. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This decision was made to fill the gap that arose after Toni Kroos left the team last year. The press has reported multiple times that "Real" is linked with various midfielders.
Among them is Nikolo Barella, a player from the "Inter" team. According to Transfer News Live, citing RM Confidencial, "Real" has shown interest in Barella, but his price of 60 million euros is considered unreasonable for the Madrid club.
Currently, Nikolo Barella's contract with "Inter" is valid until mid-2029, meaning it will last for another four seasons. The midfielder has been playing for the "nerazzurri" since the summer of 2019.
Thus, the club is firmly holding onto its terms for selling the player, and reaching an agreement on the price issue will not be easy.
