Rahimov: Jerson is good, but there is no excessive surprise

Rashid Rahimov, the head coach of the Kazan club, commented on midfielder Jerson's transfer to "Zenit". This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He highly valued the player's experience and level, but emphasized that his importance should not be overstated. According to Rahimov, Jerson is a high-level player who has participated in many matches, including those in the Italian Serie A league.

The club spent a significant amount of money to acquire him, but this is not a reason for mere astonishment. He stated that the player should be respected, but there is no need to be excessively surprised by him.

During his previous career, Jerson played for clubs such as "Flamengo", "Marseille", "Fiorentina", "Roma", and "Fluminense". Currently, he has come to "Zenit" as one of the club's most expensive transfers in St. Petersburg.
