Fulham club is showing interest in Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, the club is considering the option of adding the 30-year-old English player to the team during the summer transfer window. Chelsea is ready to sell Sterling on a permanent basis, but the main condition of the deal will be the player's willingness to give up his salary.
Currently, the player's high salary is the main obstacle in the transfer process. Besides Fulham, Italian club Napoli has also shown interest in Sterling, but no concrete actions have been observed in this regard.
Last season, Sterling played on loan at Arsenal and participated in 17 matches of the English Premier League, providing two assists. Negotiations regarding the player's future and a potential move to a new team are ongoing.
