
Swiss specialist Fabio Chelestini explained why he decided to become the head coach of Moscow's CSKA team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He started leading this club in the summer of this year. Chelestini took over the position from Marko Nikolich, who moved to AEK.
In an interview with the YouTube channel Nobel, he shared his thoughts about his new team. According to him, he was looking for new opportunities for growth and gaining experience.
Chelestini described the CSKA club as a good football project and a major team. For this reason, he emphasized that he decided to be a part of this team.
Additionally, after two rounds of the Russian Premier League, the Moscow team managed to collect four points under Chelestini's leadership. Currently, the CSKA team is in eighth place in the country’s championship standings.
The coach stated that he will strive to improve the team's results.
