Barcelona central defender Pau Kubarsi expressed his opinion about goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This summer, Barcelona's management wanted to part ways with the experienced goalkeeper. However, the German player did not want to leave the club.
Nevertheless, reports emerged that the club no longer sees him as a key player. According to some sources, he could even lose the captain's armband.
In this regard, 18-year-old Pau Kubarsi said: "Ter Stegen remains our captain. He has been here for many years and has great experience.
He can bring significant benefits to the club in various aspects, as he has gone through many trials himself. For us, he still remains the number one goalkeeper."
For reference, Marc-André ter Stegen has been defending Barcelona's honor since 2014.
