The goalkeeper of the Dinamo football club from the capital, Andrey Lunev, shared his thoughts on the team's chances of becoming the champion of Russia this season under the leadership of head coach Valeriy Karpin. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, the Dinamo team has all the conditions to become champions. Andrey Lunev said: “I hope so.
We have everything for that.” For reference, the Dinamo club last became champion a long time ago, in 1976, during the Soviet Union era.
Since then, the team has not been able to achieve the championship. Last Saturday, Dinamo played against the Krasnodar team in the third round of the Russian championship away and lost 0:1.
Currently, the team led by Valeriy Karpin has accumulated four points. In the next round, Dinamo will face the Sochi team away.
