Vladimir Kuzmichyov, the agent of "Lokomotiv" player Aleksey Batrakov, answered questions about the player's future and the interest shown by Portuguese clubs. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, the possibility of Batrakov continuing his career at another foreign club is not currently being considered. The agent stated that they aim to move directly to one of the top five leagues in Europe, not to average clubs.
If one of the strong clubs in Portugal, for example, a team participating in the Champions League and selling players at high prices, makes an offer, the agent did not express a clear opinion on this matter. According to him, they are currently focusing only on the strongest clubs.
Kuzmichyov also emphasized that major European clubs do not immediately make serious offers for a player who has performed well for one season. He stated that if Aleksey Batrakov plays at a high level for another season, interest from big clubs may increase further.
For this reason, the agent and the player are trying to consider only the best options in the future.
